Restaurant operating system

Run your restaurant on one system — from table to till.

Tables, kitchen orders, bills and the day's books in one self-hosted platform — built for restaurants in Oman and the Gulf, in Arabic and English.

  • Tables, KOTs and bills in one flow
  • Arabic + English VAT invoices
  • Self-hosted — your data stays yours

What it runs

Everything a service touches, in one place.

Four things decide whether a shift goes well: the floor, the bill, the kitchen and the books. RestoPlus does all four — no exports between them, no double entry.

Front of house

Every table and every seat, on one live floor plan.

Lay out your floors the way the room really is, and let the team work the plan instead of a notepad — from seating a walk-in to moving a party mid-service.

  • Floors and sections with live table status
  • Merge, transfer and split tables mid-service
  • Guest counts held against the table and the bill
  • Reservations booked against real tables

The till

Settle any bill — and print it in Arabic and English.

One settle screen handles the awkward cases: a table paying half card and half cash, a manager's discount, a comped dessert, a voided item. The invoice comes out bilingual and VAT-correct.

  • Split tenders — more than one payment on a single bill
  • Discounts, complimentary items and voids
  • Bilingual Arabic + English VAT invoice on one page
  • OMR carried at 3 decimals, end to end

The pass

Orders reach the right station, on the right printer.

Map each kitchen station to its own printer once, and every KOT lands where the food is actually cooked — no shouting across the pass, no chit going to the wrong side of the kitchen.

  • KOT routing per kitchen station
  • A printer configured for each station
  • KOT screen for kitchens that would rather read than print
  • Orders from POS, the waiter app and QR arrive the same way

The books

Close the day — and see where the money went.

Day-close draws a line under the day's trading. The console then turns those days into the reports an owner and an accountant actually ask for, including a real profit-and-loss.

  • Day-close, once per day, with the day's totals
  • Sales, VAT, category, item and waiter reports
  • COGS built from your own recipes
  • Financial Report — a P&L, not just a sales summary

The books

Reports an owner and an accountant both accept.

Close the day, then read it. Every report below comes from the same orders your team rang up — nothing is re-keyed, and nothing is estimated.

01

Day-close

Draw a line under the day once — the day's sales, payments and taxes are frozen into a closed day.

02

Sales

Sales by day and by period, with orders, discounts and net revenue.

03

VAT

Tax collected over any period, ready for the return.

04

Category

Which parts of the menu — kitchen, bar, desserts — are carrying the revenue.

05

Item

Item-by-item quantities and revenue: what sells, what sits.

06

Waiter

Sales by the staff member who took the order.

07

COGS

Cost of goods sold, calculated from the recipes behind each dish.

08

Financial Report

A profit-and-loss view: revenue, cost of goods and expenses in one statement.

Add-ons

Add the hardware and channels you actually use.

The core is the same system either way. These are the ways it reaches the table, the counter and the guest's own phone.

SUNMI handheld

Android · V3

Take the order at the table on the handheld. Bill printing on the device's built-in 58mm printer is rolling out — ask us about it on the demo.

Windows POS

Desktop

The same POS as a Windows build, for counters that already run on a PC and a network printer.

Kitchen display

KOT screen

A screen at the pass instead of paper — the same KOTs, routed by station, ticked off as they go out.

QR self-ordering

Guest phone

Guests scan the table's QR code, read the menu on their own phone and send the order straight into the same flow.

How it works

Three steps from a call to a live service.

01

Book a demo

Tell us about the restaurant — outlets, stations, how you bill. We walk you through the system on a call, with your kind of service in mind.

02

We set it up

Your menu, floors and tables, kitchen stations and printers, VAT and bilingual invoice settings — configured on your server, not a sandbox.

03

Go live with training

We train the floor and the kitchen on the flow they will actually use, stay close through the first services, and hand over the books.

FAQ

The questions we get asked first.

Straight answers, including the ones where the answer is no. Anything else — write to hello@codfatherlogic.com.

Is RestoPlus self-hosted? Who owns the data?

It is self-hosted: RestoPlus runs on your own server, and the database with your menu, orders, bills and reports sits there. You own it, you can back it up, and you can take it with you.

Does it work offline?

No — and we would rather say so plainly than promise a fallback that is not there. RestoPlus is online-first: the POS, the waiter app and the console all talk to your server, so service depends on the restaurant's network being up. If your server is on site, that means your own local network rather than the internet.

Can it print an Arabic VAT invoice?

Yes. The invoice prints Arabic and English together on the same page, with the VAT breakdown on it, and OMR amounts carried at 3 decimals throughout the system.

Which printers do you support?

Network ESC/POS thermal printers at 80mm for KOTs and bills — each kitchen station can point at its own printer — plus the 58mm printer built into the SUNMI handheld (bill-at-the-table printing is in rollout).

What does it cost?

Talk to us. What you pay depends on outlets, how many terminals and handhelds you run, and how much setup and training you want from us — so we quote after the demo rather than publish a number we would have to walk back.

How do I get support?

Email hello@codfatherlogic.com and you reach the team that builds the product — not a ticket queue in front of it.

Let's look at your restaurant, service by service.

Tell us how you run — dine-in, takeaway, a bar, more than one outlet — and we'll show you the parts of RestoPlus that matter to that, on a call at a time that suits the shift.

  • A walkthrough of the floor, billing, kitchen and reports
  • Your menu and your printers in the setup conversation
  • A straight answer on price and timeline afterwards
